Warranty Policy

We take pride in offering quality spare parts and stand by our warranty terms to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the warranty conditions for each product category carefully:

1. Screens (External, Internal & Full Screens)

  • The screen must be fully tested before final installation. Testing should include:
      • Backlight check
      • Inspection for spots or dead pixels on black and white backgrounds
      • Full touchscreen test, including keyboard input responsiveness
    • If glue is required, use removable maintenance glue onlydo not use super glue.
    • Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
    • The manufacturer’s front sticker must remain intact and in original condition.
    • Warranty is void if any of the following are found:
      • Cracks or breaks in the internal or external screen
      • Severely bent or damaged flex cables
      • Glue or adhesives applied directly on the screen
      • Disconnection or breakage in the screen cables

2. Batteries

  • All batteries come with a 1-year warranty.
  • Replacement is eligible during the warranty period only if the battery wires are intact and undamaged.

3. Cameras (Front & Rear)

  • All cameras carry a 1-year warranty.
  • Cameras are eligible for replacement within the warranty period if the connection points are not broken or damaged.

4. Charging Ports

  • All charging ports are covered by a 1-year warranty.
  • Warranty is valid for replacements as long as there are no signs of damage or cut connections due to misuse.
